Christmas Festivities

Our Yoga story this week was moving homes.  The children learned moves for mountain, forest, boat and lots more.  The children decided how they were going to travel and who with and what they would like to eat.  The children had to consider no ovens and they could only eat what could be caught from the lake and forest - the children had some great ideas.

Our Xmas "surprise" crafts are underway.  The children are really enjoying these and are being very creative.  These will be coming home at the end of this term.

The children have been very busy practising their songs for our nativity.  Parts are being decided soon.  Listen out for the children singing these when they are home.

We have lots of sharing games - big groups and outside play.  We've had some great ideas of play from the children - Wizards and Evil Witches, being chased by the crocodile - quick lets get out of the way.

On Thursday afternoon, the children collected materials for a "surprise" Christmas craft.  They've been learning to stay safe when we are outside - ask them our golden rules for our Outdoor Session.
