We have been learning about life cycles of different animals. The children have put our now hatched tadpoles into our pond in the garden and will continue to observe their changes.
The easel was outside and the children enjoyed mixing various colours to see what new colours they could make.
The construction vehicles were popular and the children enjoyed using them to move sontes, branches and twigs. The children worked well together as a team.
The sandpit was popular as well with the wild animals hidden inside. The children played alongside eachother brilliantly. The children could be heard telling each other stories of animals and passing the story onto the next child. Excellent communication skills.
When the children built a den, they played dragons, princesses and knight. The had a BBQ and made up happy stories to keep they happy and away from the dragon.
On Thursday afternoon we went to the allotments and planted some potatoes. We went on a fairy footprint hunt and also made some potions. We also played 123 where are you.
