For Yoga this week we continued with Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Ask your child to show you this very familiar story with their well performed actions.
We had some parents join us on Tuesday for our Chinese banquet where we shared our Chinese Zodiac story and sang Happy New Year in Chinese. We then all tried a variety of Chinese food with lots of attempts at using chopsticks. Thank you to all those who sent in food and joined us to celebrate. Outside the open end resources have been very popular and we have had some great creations, children independently and as a team making sports cars.
On Thursday afternoon we walked to the outdoor area, there was lots of teamwork whilst exploring the bottom area and looking for sticks to add to our den. We found lots of snowdrops and daffodils growing and looked at the buds on the trees. We made pictures using mole hills, sticks and our fingers!!! We finished with our stuck in the mud game.
